Love later life

Age UK is proud to be a member of the Jo Cox Commission on Loneliness, working with other charities to tackle loneliness in our communities.

Gransnet, one of our partners on the Commission,  have launched a new online forum, the 'Gransnet Cafe' for older people to chat and connect with their peers.

Gransnet describe it as 'a non-judgemental space for you to pop in for a cuppa with some virtual friends, seek out advice for a particular problem, or share an update on your life - important or trivial.'

If you fancy a chat, you can visit Gransnet cafe here. Don't forget to post the link on Twitter and Facebook.

It would also be great if you share Gransnet's survey on loneliness with your followers on social media. It is part of a data gathering excercise for the Jo Cox Commission, and there is a chance to win a £100 voucher! You can find the survey here.
